Re: AI Feedback: Constructive Edition
If we're looking to try and somewhat scale back the power of the AI in their ability to easily shut down most antagonists, I like Oldman's suggestion of giving traitors/op a cheap or free item (maybe a unlocked PDA?) that lets them raise the bolts on bolted doors. This means that at least a antag c...

Couldn't you have waited a little while to see if the players were going to figure out where the blob was? That to me would be a better intervention, let the players have a go first and then guide them. There's no need to just automatically assume the players are so retarded that they need a map wit...

Re: How to not get banned as security if there is no brig?
You could repair the brig, in the meantime toss people in evidence storage, or weldlock them into lockers. Make sure you release them when their time is up, or just wait until they resist out (1 for cuffs, 3 for locker bursting). Hell, you could build a few cryo pods and keep people in lockdown in t...

If you can't detain them just get them demoted and let them go. 1. The guy would have come back and tried to kill me anyway (I already let him go once), and probably would have brought his friends in medbay. At which point you're then perfectly within your rights to valid salad him and his friend

Re: POLL: What logs do you want made public?
Ahelps and asay should definitely be private, we want to encourage people to make admin requests and we also want admins to communicate freely about users. I think making Asay public would just force admins to use the irc more, so it doesn't acheive useful transparency there. The other logs are the ...

Fuck if anything we need more buttons, half the point of a rpg is to have a game master who helps make the game feel more alive.
