Make reclaiming parts restore plumbing constructor matter
I think, when reclaiming i.e. a chemical synthesizer, the metal used to construct it should be returned to the plumbing constructor. Not much else to say. I'm toying with plumbing now and it seems it consumes matter instead of returning it, which seems incredibly counterproductive and a complete was...

Re: Manuel feedback and suggestions
no rp shitters should get the fuck out and take their crappy attitudes with them higher rp standards should really be enforced more harshly also I hope there'll be a europe server soon, this direction was desperately needed if you ask me. Half the fun of ss13 is making up stories and a higher standa...

Re: Cobbychem: A Separate Thread
Just remove the RNG success when you're doing surgery on a roller bed and give every MD a scalpel, hemostat and cautery, it'd make triage a lot less of a pain in the ass

The telescopic baton has been nerfed too hard, I feel. It took 3 whacks to down someone. I find that a little over the top, as a self-defence weapon.

Re: Cobbychem: A Separate Thread
the 'failure' chance for the healing surgeries is the fucking devil, you basically need to have a surgery table if you actually want to heal people to full roller beds shouldn't fail at all but operate at 75% effectiveness or something, how do you expect any capable MD to do triage when you heal peo...

If there's one thing I like about this change, and it's about the only thing, it's the fact MD's have more incentive to do surgery

Re: Cobbychem: A Separate Thread
What about the spray bottles? The med vendors came stocked with styptic powder and saliclyc acid or whatever it was called, I used those for triage/EMT'ing and had a chemist refill them every once in a while, that was really fun. Are those spray bottles still there? Also I ask you to please make the...

Re: Chemistry, more like ChemFactory
Sounds a lot more engaging than current chem, I just hope it'll still allow dedicated chemists to produce various medicines/drugs/whatnot without having to reconfigure the entire system because a botanist quickly wanted a couple bottles of mutagen while you were working on synthflesh, to name an exa...

I wonder why he'd be banned for this considering it's been ruled by admins in the past people are free to defend their workplace from breaking and entering, theft and other unwanted activities. If he indeed did shove first after several warnings, wouldn't this situation fall under that ruling?

Re: Doctor is a shit job
I find the biggest challenge a doc, and thus the cmo, faces is the ability to fix everyone who needs aid as soon as possible. During rounds like wizard or warops, that's often quite hard and incredibly chaotic, but that's what I find reward in, to actually fix people despite these odds. I find it si...

Re: Proposed change - Merge chemistry and botany
All I want is the DNA manipulator to stay, gives me something useful and fun to do other than just handing out doobies. I always put mannitol Gaia down in the medbay, usually got some fun projects on the side, along with keeping the chef supplied. The reason I main Botanist is because of how varied ...

Circuit tweaks, changes, etc.
So a couple hours ago I was talking with Orange and some other folks about why they think circuits aren't exactly the best idea, or that they think circuits are gimped, and why it's gimped. On one hand, there's the naysayers that think circuits are too complex or don't offer anything useful, and tha...
