Why the fuck are 4 operatives stationed on a White Ship, and more importantly,

(and why did they not do basic maintenance tasks like cleaning or light replacement)

Tried to adjust it to include the broken console found on the NT frigate in the bridge, turns out all it really did was fucked the page over. Reverted and nothing happened.
