Since this seems to be the first major issue in a fairly long history of playing, i'll lower the ban to 14 days.

I wanna make it clear though that any further ban evasion attempts will bring the perma back.

After hearing some opinions from other admins, i have chosen to uphold the permaban.
Even if i believe it was just a misguided attempt of a joke/bullying, this is too serious a matter to be giving second chances on.
