If you were going to give perma that ability, you'd also have to give perma a limited number of effective uses. Otherwise, sec will take every criminal they arrest and throw them in perma for 10-15-whateverthetimetodeconvertis just in case.

There are several more enticing options for security to keep people in the round rather than killing or permabrigging if they've done something worthy of capital: 1. Thanks for the feedback, I'll add in some medical supplies, gurneys, and the like to some of the maintenance areas so doctors have supplies ready on hand (unless greytiders inevitably take them).
