I may have teared up at the sheer beauty of the new metastation medbay. It's everything I could hope for apart from roundstart organ harvesters and a pentetic acid shower. I absolutely can't wait to make full use of it in the near future.

I don't like combat in general because I'm on the losing end of it in literally every single encounter I've had to have. Buff it, nerf it, it's all the same in the end. As far as I'm concerned it's all unbalanced, and it can't be fixed to be balanced.

I'm not sure this new medbay is worth the effort of learning at this point. Just port baymed over. It'd be less of a hassle than trying to get the fucking janitor to stop for two minutes so I can use unupgraded surgery because AI wanted a shell.
