My opinion on him hasn't changed since his last review thread.

I like Vektor, he brings up challenging topics and doesn't hesitate to handle any situation. Always polite, prompt responses, and is easy to talk to making them somebody I am excited to see around.

To not hamper round progress for when the population is <30~ another option would be for large amounts of power to have some sort of use.
