anyone that played old TGMC knows that there were something like corupted xenos aka greenos and in the future they were removed but i want to bring them back but i want to balanced them first beside brinig the old machanick when xeno had to spawn thier eggs and planting them when the marines would just yoint them but i got a better idea beside researchers waiting for the egg to come to them when the egg can wait for the researcher what i mean is xenos will still have the todays egg planting mechanick but...

I think it'd be cool to create sprites of native fauna from planets like Tizira, Sprout and the Mothpeople's homeworld. From a lore perspective, NT would benefit from studying alien fauna and doing science experiments on them. Though for the gameplay, and for the sake of convenience, they could just be simple mobs like the pets that populate the station.

I have an idea for a month long event. Every Friday/Saturday night (or whatever timeframe has peak playerbase) the station would be put on Build a shuttle mode. The Build Your Own Shuttle would be automatically docked at the start of the round, shuttle calling/docking would work as normal, but after the round ends the shuttle with all its objects and non-player entities would be saved as a template. Alright first things first, there will actually be two bounties. This is for features I wanted to add in my service borg upgrades PR, but I couldn't figure out myself.

The first part is for the new service apparatus to be able to pick up food that has been placed on an oven tray, plate, griddle, or an oven tray on the oven itself, or the soup pots on the range. Or anything that makes the object 'attach' to the other object. I reckon it's the same kind of issue running along them all preventing it....

i think melee marine is one of the more interesting fun playstyles, i've especially taken a liking to robot heavy armor tyr shield machete and just tanking insane amounts of damage while dishing out consistent damage with the blade - but has anybody else found success being tanky with some other sort of playstyle? the shield really limits your options because onehanded but i'm curious specifically if anybody's found a good way to use a gun mainly while still being heavy tyr and shield it really seems like...

Instead of away missions, we could have a day missions. Here's how it would work.
The day mission shuttle would be docked at the station for the first 5 minutes of the shift, anyone who wants to come aboard can. It then flies to the away mission location, that trip takes 1 minute. It then spends 20-25 minutes at the far away location. There's a 3 minute warning before they depart, and then it takes 1 minute for the shuttle to arrive back at the station. Shuttle departs when the last living player leaves...

The current moodlet system seems to have been kept deliberately vague but carries some pretty hefty mechanical impacts (Movement speed, hunger rates, effective health/crit meter). Fixing a low mood, or attempting to maximize mood, and even attempting to figure out what is damaging your mood can be an annoying unintuitive experience, with only a few quirks that allow this system to be somewhat under player control.

I've been playing some Tale of Two Wastelands recently, and I've got some appreciation for the humble Eyebot

It acts as a mini avatar of the enclave, repeating their doctrine and being friendly to the player unless the line is crossed with their master. E.D.E. is great in New Vegas and Lonesome Road

Inspired by rim worlds drug system, you can now build up a tolerance to drugs. For gameplay purposes, this should probably only apply to drugs and other nieche chems (maybe posions) instead of all/most chemicals (you could get away with it on some, but it wouldn't make sense for things like acid or synthflesh).
Tolerance is measured on a scale from 0%-95%, and is tied to your liver. Your tolerance towards a certain drug increases as you take it, and decreases under the effects of chemicals, or liver...

This event may seem elaborate, but it would be really easy to pull off with just one player and one admin. Let me know if you'd like to make plans to run it and I'll draft a full script.

A somewhat well known mechanic in the game, is that you can execute someone on quite a long delay by using a gun on them point blank by targeting there mouths.

What if you could do that with other items too? With different effects just how different items have different suicide effects?

Antagonist weapons like eswords, cult blades, heretic blades, arm blades, and other very high damage weapons would be good candidates without having to have any fear of upsetting balance, but you could also implement it...

I'd like there to be a white cane item that could be held by blind characters. It'd make it clear that whomever is holding it can't see. $5 for it to be sprited and added to the game.

Make it very difficult to hit anyone with melee attacks, have a high change to stumble and fall into someone's space when you punch someone. When you try to kick someone while they are down you trip over them. Melee weapons fly out of your hands half the time you try to hit someone with em. A chance for items to slip out of your hand and go be thrown backwards (exception for pies.) Easier to knock down with punches, ect.

With the sin of gluttony.. be careful as your eyes are bigger than your stomach!

So as we all either know or don't know. The reason morphs have dissapeared from the game is because they were only obtainable from gluttonys ruin, or admin intervention. Well the gluttonys blessing got removed because coders were tired of miners self-antagging (no matter how weak they might be) and eating the ore silo. We should have framework that measures how far a projectile traveled before hitting it's target.

Example implementations:

Bullets and lasers that have damage falloff or rampup based on how far or close you are.
Thrown hatchets will hit handle side one an odd number of tiles traveled, or blade side on an even number. Would hit point blank, 2 tiles away, 4 tiles away, ect.

Best bartender drinks are the ones that do the funny. Whether it'd be the good, (quadriple sec, Doctor's Delight) The bad (Beepsky Smash, Neurotoxin) Or the hillarious (Nar-Sour)

So I think more drinks should have different effects. Give people reason to come to the bar on more rounds.

Acid Spit - Allows you to spit the xenomorph neurotoxin projectile. But it does no damage and is purely for the funny

Blood-Rites is the coolest thing ever. But it has a lot of build up. Gotta collect blood like a janitor, be protected for several minutes to unleash cool spells and ultimately sacrifice nar'sie before you use it a whole lot.

It's a 10/10 in Wow factor, but a 7/10 in usefulness. Thus, I think it'd be cool if there was another way to see it. Sort of like the chamelon gun (rip you server rebooting son of a gun)

Maybe that nar'sie lavaland rune can be repurposed and give miners the ability to absorb blood...

I am looking to commission sprite art that is intended for a botany plant ideas, bean sprouts and jumping beans . Ideally they would look similar to their real life equivalents. Sprites needed would be seed packets, hydroponics tray growing stages(freshly planted, fully mature, fully mature + harvestable), as well as the actual harvested plant.

Ability to use Astrotame to give a custom flavour text ™ to food, like one'd change their name or description with a pen.
Purely cosmetic & if it to be used on a food that has a warning taste (for instance brains or tranquility ) it should appear alongside it instead of overriding (though maybe if you make it peculiar enough, people won't pay attention to the former still).

I was thinking, being only able to craft a few things outside of walls, boots, chairs, suits and hats with bronze, i was thinking something fresh with bronze, like Bronze weapons and bronze chainmail that goes in the jumpsuit slot and gives 5 bullet and melee damage reduction.
