Also something that people haven't touched on, would we also remove all silicon's such as cyborgs? Since a lot of the time the AI is mostly responsible for final say on any cyborg and help to coordinate them. I have no problem with cyborgs, their presence is immediately visible and they do not see ...

as far as I'm aware this is entirely a config issue

HG turned them off, so you probably need to bug the headmins to have them turned back on.
