This didn't happen, it was a mistake of miscommunication between the detective and the warden, they checked some prints of a murder weapon and permabrigged him for that, it wasn't related at all with the cloth...

When you get those messages, in your client, some href links appear. Basically to answer the admin or PDA. I never heard of this happening to you could check out your IE preferences or try stuff related to it.

There isn't any official backstory for ss13, all of them are fanfictions, people edited the wiki changing the history a bunch of times with their own stuff, even deleting universes that other people created to implement their own. But it's just fanfiction on the wiki.

The gulag just needs to be more user-friendly for security to have the prisioners get sent there faster, usually people have to take around 6 minutes figuring out how the IDs work, and if they don't (which happens a lot), they'll leave the poor prisioner out there with no ID.

while it's not a secret because there's no need to be one, paprika is right, for example, if someone wants to be a trialmin, there's no guide on the steps to do, the person won't know who they should contact. Basically a sticky resolves this.
