Coderbus is just a room where you can talk about SS13 programming/game theory with other people who do that. There's no opinion at all that is common to everyone who visits coderbus because holy crap it's just a chatroom, not a political party.

Mulligan is set to 30 minutes max, but this is a config option, you could set it to be valid for four hours if you wanted right now. Mulligans can also be set for literally any roundtype (except maybe shadowling, I don't know if the guy who made that did the work to make it compatible), but right no...

Cheridan was wrong, ours are CC BY SA, not CC BY NC SA, because for whatever reason we allow people to sell our sprites. this is woefully not compatible with CC BY NC SA, which does /not/ allow selling of material. Except as one or two round joke I can't recommend doing this, players have a tendency to either love or hate sudden radical change.

If they love it people will ragequit to goon after it's done.

Upon further review, the code that handles who can be heads (qualifies_for_rank()) is garbage and not set for any race besides humans, lizards, and plasmemes.
Thus they can be roundstart heads.

Re: Fly people should not be heads
What races are playable roundstart are completely up to the server owners as that's all in the config (Roundstart flies are a memerace in my opinion).
Roundstart flypeople (like lizards) shouldn't be allowed to be heads in code, but yeah teleporter accidents are all in game stuff.

mulligans can only make changelings if changeling or traitorchan are in rotation. Right now on sybil there's no way to have a changeling in a round beyond extreme xenobio shenanigans.

As far as I know these three modes work fine, but for whatever reason are currently disabled (at least on sybil). I've added Malfunction and OldCult to the list not because they're runnable, but rather just as a gauge of if you enjoyed them. I've not included Hand of God because as far as I know it'...
