The failure rate on mechanical limb organ manipulation for basic surgical tools is waaaaaay too low. No other surgery has its "ghetto" analogue suffer a 90% failure chance.

I don't think blood would work as a resource as it's super renewable and prevelant, especially if you combine iron and bloody marys for super-fast blood regeneration. Both are easily obtainable, even without chemistry.

I dislike that mappers just altered the pre-existing rooms and didn't change the size at all. Genetics and the morgue definitely don't need that much space, just replace it with maintenance and we can tear it out later if we need to
