Moving around the station to pick up your gear is a part of player movement, to give players mostly/exactly what they want cuts out a lot of roundstart motion. While it may be tedious, it's a part of the stupid ant farm life that is shift start.

One of my experiences with bloodcult involved someone I knew asking if I'd like to see what they were working on this shift. They then led me into science where I was quickly converted. The round ended like five minutes later. It was a 20 minute cult round. This is an issue in MRP.

I support this idea, the concept of temporary holding cells with brig timers that are frequently set incorrectly or not at all can be problematic. It would be worth considering removing the small brig cells and instead working more cells into perma.

I think the respawn mechanic should stay as-is. When I get the opportunity to try Natural Disaster mode again I'll be using them as antag and I'd prefer that ghosts get as many opportunities as they can to massacre the crew.

The problem stands - lizards have no non-obvious options for disguising themselves, if they want to do covert stuff. There are literally only two options I can call from the memory a) get your tail chopped off combined with a gasmask, which isn't perfect, but gets you closer to appearing as a human...

This. I would argue that most jobs should allow for some kind of downtime for interactions between players. Splitting doctor like this is great and eliminates the chore of trying to finagle the HoP into it.

I think that tator clowns should go back to being clumsy
They have a gun specifically for being clumsy that is role restricted to them.

Also why play clown if you're not gonna go all in, antag mimes don't get to break their vow for free.
