If an admin said it was an IC issue, than there is probably something you don't know or your not telling us.

Theres a big difference between knowing what a changling is and knowing exactly what they do, how they do it, and killing someone on the spot because you think they could be a changling. Again, the way I see it, SS13 as we know it is simply not designed for 70+ people. The map isn't big enough, the gamemodes don't support it, it just doesn't work as intended. Thats all there is to it folks, something has to give.

In more advanced medical systems, EMPs will outright destroy any mechanical limb/organ. If your fully augged and you get EMPed, you have around 15 seconds before you die.

Yup. Gauze, stealing bloodpacks, or paying off doctors to patch you up in maintenance without reporting you to Security. Of course the best way to stop bleeding is to never start bleeding at all.
