Since eating is the easiest and most accessible way to raise your mood, it feels like it boils down to a reskinned hunger bar except dirty floors make you hungry faster. Different mental breaks might make it more interesting but players would likely seek them out for an excuse to act up. I'm scared...

If medbay can't coordinate using its own medicine without sleepers I don't see how medbay, security, science, and the chef are going to coordinate on power draw or how coders are going to account for that across 5 different maps with populations from 5-100 people.

Having regular invisible medical problems with your mob sounds like a nightmare in SS13. It is very apparent both to a player and to the doctor when a limb is missing and it is easy to understand why you are suffering various consequences, not so much when your lungs are damaged and you're unconcious.
