Yeah, this isn't exactly what I'd call "comfortably resolved" from my end, but giving them another shot and seeing what happens can be informative. Paperwork was done. Most more hardcore evaders won't go through this effort either as rerolling is already just a way of life for em.

Yeah, that's fine, other servers bans aren't generally taken into much consideration, certainly not the same way as tg bans, they're just something we can look into for further insight, and in turn raised that extra yellow flag, which led us here.
