This is such a minor point, but having disposals connect to a well-lit hallway diminishes its mystique. Maybe connect it to a maint tunnel instead.

How are ladders going to work? If they activate when you step on them it might be awkward to have them right in front of the RnD door.

We have two servers, so why not set the odds different on each? Enable conversion modes on one server and disable them on the other. You can't have it so that gamemodes don't happen twice in a row, because people will go "oh last round was _____ so I can narrow my search now to things that aren...

Why does it need to be "all" clothing sprites? Why not just "some"?

IMO a good starting point would be female versions of the basic jumpsuits. Other clothes can wait.
