It sounds like explosions and loose singularities could be a lot easier on the server performance, then? On my laptop, with a 1st gen intel duo with ht, doing a bomb cap bomb at lowest bomb cap, was instant. no lag, no nothing. upping the bomb cap to max, it took about 2 or 3 minutes of no response...
