Re: So now explosions destroy all the things

This change has become slowspace 2: Electric boogaloo in terms of community reception. At least slowspace wasn't horribly bugged beyond relief and brought at least one good change (singularity becoming crazy robust, I think). Still bad, but nowhere near as bad as this. I mean holy shit, how does so...

If we add the ability to saw down the rifle it should make anyone standing near the gun when it fires catch fire, including the person who fired it.

No bananas = no life

I felt that sometimes I needed to be Ian or else whoever chose to be Ian was going to go missing some time around day 3. Also because Ian has the better excuses to be dirty, especially if I can spare some credits to buy ladybugs. Should still have some left over, actually.

Pretty sure it didn't work because of shitty porting/oversights. Ported baymed referenced things that weren't in the code and blood trails were missing whatever made them stop.

I believe eswords can deflect most projectiles (syringes and such) because they're technically shields, but dual eswords automatically reflect all energy based projectiles (on top of being shields).

If they're unaware and unarmed you can get a good 2 shots in before they try to run away. By that time they've been slowed by damage and you should be able to finish the job assuming you have a clear shot.

I like that idea as long as they don't work exactly like uranium walls/doors/statues, where every once in a while they release a pulse of radiation. And those pulses make other uranium items give off pulses of radiation without resetting the timer on their own pulses, resulting in a constant stream ...

Good luck getting a chance to recharge the egun if things go to shit. And they have gone to shit, which is why you're using your laser gun in the first place. The recharging laser is actually handy if you're say, in a cult/rev situation. You won't get a chance to recharge very often if at all and un...

What lawset do you recommend, then? So far I haven't seen any that fulfilled what Asimov is supposed to do, ie. being a neutral party that is obligated to help out antagonists as much as the rest of the station, and is also not inherently biased towards one side or the other.

For the record, poly acid is an important component in making metal foam grenades, which are pretty good at sealing breaches or creating barriers when busting into the AI's core.

Pretty sure you can't just eject out of it, and that there's a function that keeps the person inside the sleeper knocked out until they're either released or the mech breaks.
