You were permabanned because you were on probation, and when you're on probation you're expected to be on good behavior. Freeing perma prisoners and setting the brig on fire as a non-antagonist is not good behavior.

Very difficult/impossible to enforce for cult specifically as there's no obvious distinction between a round-start cultist and a convert. Other modes have clear leaders like rev heads, gang bosses, lead operatives, etc. and those you should obey.

If you can't run to the brig after being converted to the revolution/gang/whatever and demand you be de-converted so you can run off and kill your old teammates, I don't see why you should be allowed to do the rough equivalent as someone implanted. It's poor sportsmanship.
