Re: Radiation sucks
The round starts, you pick station engineer. You start setting up the supermatter, but one of your dummy coworkers starts it up too early. It starts to go wild. You fix it, but now you're irradiated. Your next options are to hide for about ten to fifteen minutes to avoid spreading it, walk to medbay...

Re: Radiation sucks
Radiation functions like a virology disease that has no fast cure, doesn't show up on the med HUD, and you don't get immune to after it's gone. It transfers from person to person who will inevitably walk around the station radiating everyone else because it transfers what seems to be a disproportion...

Full ban reason: Round ID 126126. As Detective, shot and beat two people to death because they were fighting. Said he "ain't no good cop." Ban length is longer due to recent history with overescalation. The only reason it isn't a permaban is because the round was hectic and I didn't take a...

Radiation sucks
It's not a fun mechanic in its current state. One dope who stood near the supermatter is all it takes to radiate everyone in medbay, at which point everyone has to spend 20 minutes chugging chemicals while getting even more radiated by everyone walking around. It transfers too much to each person it...

The rules are outdated by the way, the laws now states like "your non-existence would cause human harm" so you can't just order them to suicide any more.

Yeah if you don't want the silicons weaponized against you don't play as a nonhuman
Onus is on the person giving the order, the laws the law and silicons gotta follow it.

Yeah they're as OOC as the door sounds were, unless you're going to claim that the sound of metal/glass sliding in a frame changing to "despacito" is reasonably explained in character The spirit of the rule is to prevent OOC from impacting the round anyway, it just casts a wide net to make...

I think it's a neat idea. I've been playing with the supermatter and after experimenting with the gasses there's no point in doing anything except dumping CO2 in it as it's the only one that makes decent power. 25% Tritium barely gave me more power than pure nitrogen and I'd appreciate having more t...

Ideally it'd make all the bees return to their hive, but I believe apiaries produce more bees than can fit so just preventing them from stinging would be fine.
