Your statement says more about the quality of your ahelps than the responsiveness of the administration team.

As has already been said, it's pretty easy to miss or lose track of centcom messages when things are busy. That accounts for most of the radio silence. 1. How comprehensively they investigated incidents .
2. Their helpful and polite demeanor in ahelps.

A genuine professional. Working alongside them makes me want to be a better admin.
