Hey, fellow candidates and / or nerds. Part of my platform is a scheduled event system, open to players and admins alike - one event per server at a fixed time, maybe weekly, maybe less often. When I was running last election, Ari got me to think about the specifics of how I would accomplish my goal of the new rules wiki page. It got me into gear actually planning things out instead of waiting for the results to start moving.

To that end, how have you prepared or how are you currently preparing to move forward on your campaign goals? If you don't win, are there any of your goals you want to pursue even as a non-headmin?

tl;dr - I am going to present you with a list of scenarios where there's no obvious right answer (or is there?). These questions mostly presume LRP; a few explicitly state MRP. When I ask what do you do, this also means what do you train the admin team to do, naturally.

I ask this because /tg/ was commonly viewed as an MRP server well before the RP rules were written. I want to get a feel as to whether the candidates see the RP rules as getting back to form by approaching MRP, or by aiming away from classic /tg/ by approaching HRP.

it feels like for the last little while theres been a simmering debate on the forums between people who think lrp as it is and fine, people who think lrp needs to be reined in, and people who think lrp doesnt exist (despite us having an mrp server that implies the other servers are less mrp)

Campbell has long been unpopulated; even during it's inception but with the US mrp server Manuel's population rising ever higher the current head admins want to bring it back from a marathon server to a regular rp server.
My question is this: What are your thoughts on Campbell and If you want it populated how do you plan to go about this?

Why have you decided to run in this specific election? This question might get more mileage out of first time candidates, but I'm also interested to hear from those have run times before be it successfully or unsuccessfully. Are they infesting Manuel? Are they interesting? Are they boring? Should they be removed? Should they stay? If they stay, how should they be changed? Your answer to this important question gives us insight into how you see the game and future policy directions.

Some of this balance is mechanical, but I would argue more is down to policy. Escalation and tolerance of grief defines the Greytide, Security policy and tolerance for severe and harsh punishment defines Security, tolerance for powergaming and validhunting influences antags (As a negative pressure) and silicon policy influences how silicons interact with these conflicting factions.
