Because myself and alll the other shitters would just brute through door wires then heal the single limb that was damaged with one of the public medkits.

Agreed with sticky.

I thought it was a clever way to make the bathroom rush to learn the wires a bit more of a bitch to get the right supplies before the engine made the doors deadly (Assuming direct wired to the grid, or even just set high at the smes)

You can still totally just heal yourself with one of the publicly available medkits, one ointment can hit every one of your limbs. Or you can just go to medbay and they'll throw you in the sleeper straight away and you'll be fine. It's not like you're going to shock yourself more than once anyway, once you know the shock wire just don't pulse it.

Not that I really care either way, both of these systems seem kind of the same.
