It would be really nice if damage wasn't determined solely by the fucking bullet. Right now the reason for not having a revolver take 7.62 is that 7.62 does a shitload of damage.
I code for the code project and moderate the code sections of the forums.

Feedback is dumb and it doesn't matter

Most casuals don't even know the difference between said bullets by name except in the case of what hurts the most. Adding specific names is basically flavourtext circlejerk for gun-nuts to fawn over their guns, and if you can't justify the bullet outside of its name for what makes it so good compared to "real life" then it should probably be removed.
