A slow mob that goes through walls and cannot be killed, if it touches you, you instantly commit suicide. It will follow to the ends of the station to find you, teleporting to new z-levels if you enter them
Running away from things in general is not a game-friendly mechanic either, really, because either you easily outrun it or circumstances make it impossible, and neither is engaging, imo.
