Add "Casual Mode" quirk

[Super Aggro Crag]

Add a casual mode quirk that disables various "problem" systems for the character like "being wounded" and "getting stunned." Attacking a casual player will cause them to uncontrollably play baby crying sounds and whine over radio. At the end of the round Casual players are listed and given a Greentext for participating in the round.
