Funny hand is currently only good as rust or blade heretic, and only for the utility of trapping people in rooms or breaking walls/borgs. Giving the next cast a significantly lowered CD at the cost of removing the extra effects would let it actually stamcrit people and allow it to compete with stunbatons. When the solo role that is supposed to ambush people needs to powergame security tools to do his job, something is seriously off with the balance.
Honestly, even this buff would probably still result in people using stunbatons since mansus grasp would require 3 clicks in order to down someone rather than 2. Maybe just have the mansus grasp remain in your hand after use for another stun instead. It could afford to be better than a stunbaton since it reveals exactly what you are to any witnesses as well as your target

I like it being a more unique stun. But yeah it's weaker then a regular stun. So if your opponent is sec/a HOS they literally get a stun baton and your SOL.
Just needs to power creep some of those side effects. Like ash blind is good. Flesh should maybe disable a single limb? (It's covered in hardened rotten flesh, temporarily making it unusable.
Its the only antag that consistently loses in 1v1's with antag gear when fighting against roundstart crew gear.

Which is really weird since heretic is supposedly an ambush/duel specialist. Compared to traitors, they get very few tools for crowd control or defense, and yet they have weaker offense as well. Literally the only thing they do better is mobility and summoning, and traitors dont even have to specialise anymore with prog traitors being a thing. And while i like the concept of the mark synergies, hitting someone with your hand and then switching to your gigantic valid blade to hit them again is STILL inferior to just clicking twice on them with a stunbaton, and that's fucking stupid.
