its pretty horrible

sure it keeps pipes mostly in maint but its a pretty minor advantage to gain for how much it fucks ventcrawlers over you have to go on retarded trips all over the place to get where you need to go and to be able to use it effectively you have to memorise the whole thing with the old layout you could to a certain extent point where you wanted to go and be on your merry way no longer the case now.

theres honestly nothing else to say about it it achieves fuck all and ruins so much.

Why are the mappers so afraid of having more than one pipe running somewhere? Some more connections between the main lines would make the system way more robust and not fuck ventcrawlers over.

Metastation does this.

All departments have two maint + one central hallway entrance for power and atmos.
