This could be anything from transient routing issues between your provider and the host network, to a shitty internal LAN network.

There's not much we can do to help you with network problems

Given that I live in Australia and I don't have lag that bad, it might be shitty routes.
The most excessive signature on /tg/station13.

Still not even at the limit after 8 fucking years.
