There is an up to date meta dmm that I plan to take a stab at, but I wouldn't put any money on it yet.

ive been updating meta and i sent the .dmm to dannos, but im not willing to maintain meta if it's ran again. im probably just going to teach dannos how to map and he might take over.

Ministation is fantastic but Badger does get 30ish pop on occasion.

If Danno isn't up for maintaining Meta I'd definitely consider it, I have the spare time to do so. I have some mapping experience what with having made Bluebay for Boxstation and just fooling around in my own time. Of course there should really be a discussion between anybody with any vague interest in doing so first.

Guys, if we all chant "meta" at the same time, I heard metacide would return to maintain his map again for us.

the problem isnt that people like asstation, the problem is people who think that meta will EVER return. it does not matter if someone else maintains it, the map won't be run unless metacide comes back. people who are voting other and posting meta should just vote asstation or eff3 and let go of your pipe dream

if you pick eff 3: i literally updated this map over 100 times in 5 days and only said no to 3 requests out of like 50
if you pick asteroid: jordie has denied every request ive seen made, is making a bad map worse, doesn't let people other than himself and cc update the map (SERIOUSLY), for whatever reason needs custom areas? so the map is hell on github, and everything asteroid has that people liked i moved to eff 3
if you pick meta: sos refuses to run meta unless metacide returns, it's not an option
if you pick mini: the server is too highpop for mini
if you pick box: then why does server 2 even exist? why not just merge the two? so what if all the server 2 players will leave out of disgust, they're dirty box-haters anyway!

edit: yes, this means that i legitimately think my map is the best option and im completely fucking biased

meta isn't going to be run without metacide. the map was literally ONLY maintained him him, no one else updated it when he was here. that isnt going to change

I am confused, why cant anyone else maintain metastation? I mean i get that maybe they would not do as good a job as metacide always did but i still feel like meta with a new maintainer is still our best option. Is Scaredy unwilling to compromise on this?
