was weekbanned from the server and perm banned from medical

my worst ban was probably when I beat the virologist to death when he didn't pay for chems.

My dumbest ban is when I bombed the blob and got month-banned from science

My first and only ban was three years ago by Rosen Ritter

Erro had just removed the public autolathe so cargo was constantly getting broken into by grey shits
I round start as QM
Make stun gloves, as everyone did back then.
Some greyshirt starts wordlessly screw drivering the window wall
I pop out and stun glove him and toss him out into the hallway
I go back into cargo.
A few minutes later assistant comes back
I pop back out and attempt to stunglove, locker weld him - but being an unrobust faggot he gets away.

This repeats another 4 times...
Called for security multiple times, naturally they didn't come

By the sixth time I'd had enough
I'd came from the cargo dock back to the front office to see the assistant had taken down the outer window and grill, and was working on the inner window.
So I go to the autolathe and make myself a circular saw.
Saw prints off and the assistant finally breaks through the window.

Stun glove, saw him to death. Toss the body back out into the hall way.

Get an admin-pm from RosenRitter asking why I killed him, I reply with "He kept trying to break in, he finally did so I killed him"
Barely any exchange after that.
Got a day ban and a job ban from cargo and QM

Was thing worse, because RosenRitter is such a terrible admin, the job ban stuck for three/four months because Rosen kept refusing to lift it, it only eventually got lifted when Dezzmont complained to the headmin's on my behalf.

I'd glad we don't see much of RosenShitter anymore, he was a top notch fagmin - although I think he might've gone off to /vg as ShiggyPiggy (both are shitty "I know best so I'll do what I believe instead of the established rules" admins)

My first ban came from ikarrus, it was a silicon job ban. This was when the AI core was were the current upload is. Hulk cultists were breaking in and I had my turrets set to laser because HULK cult. Never the less, it became a topic of discussion after I appealed, and it became almost a debate as to what hulks were when they smashed shit. Mostly if they were human still, and how the AI should deal with them.

Currently Hulks are not human, but only as long as they're Hulks. But yeah, that wasn't always the case, and it was changed exactly because this kinda stuff kept happening.

LOL I REMEMBER THIS ROUND I WAS THE CAPTAIN AND I CAUSED ALL THE CONFLICT IN THE ROUND AND IT BASICALLY PERSONIFIED WHY NATIONS IS SHIT.
I would still do it again tho because manipulating groups of people to distrust eachother and eventually murder/ethnically cleanse everyone else while being "neutral" and telling them to stop (publicly at least) was probably the most fun I've had in this game.

Oh and walking through medbay after engineering made serajevo look like a walk in the park was pretty cool.

I think my first and only one that actually stuck was a day ban after obliterating the cargo bay with a massive bomb as the captain. I was trying to eliminate a revolution that I was told was on the cargo shuttle.

There was collateral damage.

I think my first ban was for making people(mainly myself) into half-changelings after an admin told me it was ok.

Then some admin that was never seen before logged on, banned me for 2 weeks, stayed around long enough to deny my appeal and then fucked off and was never seen again.

Lets see, my first jobban (and ban of any kind) was when I joined as HoS and something really important came up OOC so I adminhelped that I really had to go, dumped all my gear in arrivals so someone else could be the HoS and have all my gear, and spaced myself. I got jobbanned from all head roles, which was kind of silly considering I adminhelped it exactly as I was supposed to.

My first actual ban was a joke of a permaban for "having too much fun." It was lifted immediately but its still in my notes, not that I care.

My first actual real ban was a five minute ban given to me during the Sybil vs. Basil competition for "spamming deadchat about Mechgate" despite the fact that logs clearly show I only made two or three comments about it. I attribute it to a salty admin who was not happy about his obvious oversight but oh well.

I'm also permabanned from all Sec roles by my own request until something is done about SoS and his little greytiding issue. I refuse to play the role of the victim of our hosts petty games.

Yo I removed the note for that Server Smash ban. I was trying to stem the tide of bullshit re: OMFG MECHGATE, so I went back and removed the note afterwards.

I barely started playing this game, and went captain, during a ling round.
I ended up burning up the wrong dude because we had a prevalent ling problem, and I was about fukken' done with them. It was back when the lings had the insta-win para-sting / ranged para button.
I got boinked, I explained myself, I realized I fucked up, I got bannu'd.

I got banned for releasing a canister of plasma because I made newbie mistake and didn't close the valve when I ejected the tank. Plasma flooded and it somehow managed to kill 3 other scientists. I think it was on Liberty or Goon. I tried to explain that I didn't know what happened and that plasma just started flooding everywhere, but the admin didn't believe me and thought I was lying. Apparently, there was a multitude of players releasing plasma and pretending they were new, so I got banned for making a mistake with no previous history.

I also got banned on Goon for implying sexual things as a security officer when I was imprisoning a criminal. I was just saying something along the lines of "don't pick up the soap" and "always take the top bunk-bed". Then I yelled "fresh meat" at the other prisoners as I tossed the guy in. Not even 3 minutes later I'm wordlessly banned for "creepy rape shit, not welcome here".

I was never banned at NoX. I was just Bwoink'd with a "Niiiiice" every time I killed Takara for bombing (which he always did as antag/nonantag). If he was in Toxins, it was a safe bet that he'd bomb the station, but I always RP'd and pretended I didn't know what he'd do with them.

I got banned from silicon jobs because I thought someone was a changeling and they weren't. I don't think I had proper proof, so it was a pretty fair ban.

Then somehow I compounded the issue by getting banned a few weeks later for the same thing, only this time I was certain I'd had proof (EMP scream) but I was wrong again. Apparently the guy that attacked me after the EMP scream wasn't even an antag, and the actual changeling must have been hiding in the shadows.

Anyway, after that I tried to be a bit more careful about following asimov. Still enjoy silicon gameplay though.

I had an incident between me as AI, the captain and JLP that was so ridiculous and blown out of proportion that adminbus refused to handle it and invoked the clusterfuck rule on an extended round. Pretty sure it was HBL that handled it.

Ho god, I think I may know what you're talking about. I was a part of that clusterfuck, but it goes waaaay back.

Long story short, I'm minding my buisness as a RD, working on making mechs.
Then, JLP (who got traitorous HoS this round), seeing as I was making mechs, came in, asked for me to get implanted with a kill-switch implant (since I was obviously going to ride it). Or else he'd either arrest me or force me to get implanted.
And since, the mech wasn't completed, I didn't have the choice. That did piss me off a bit - I mean, I wasn't antag, sure, but you wouldn't be happy knowing you was on a killswitch. And if that killswitch triggers with me inside the mech...Yeah, good luck getting out of that. That pretty much meant I couldn't risk even riding the mech. Goddamn it all to hell, I said.

I was buddy-buddy with Startoad (Yeah, yeah, I know, considering how he turned out...), so I just went ahead, and gave him the mech for service rendered to RnD - it was at the time where RnD getting materials from old mining (AKA non mobs) was rare. You can guess that this did NOT sit well with JLP. BAM, insta-perma, and a few minutes later, killswitch detonated, I dead. I think at that point Startoad started asking some questions about JLP, and where I was (I told him I was likely to get perma'd/killed for that fuckery).

It all lead to the gigantic clusterfuck that was the AI upload fight. I don't really recall what happened there, but I remember Startoad shooting first and Taking down JLP's own mech before she could do anything. From there, no-one wanted to fuck with a giant walking stomping durand. I was found in perma, revived, and revealed that JLP detonated my implant, which, along with the traitor gear she kept on her, made everyone realize she was indeed a filthy syndicate agent.

This lead to a gigantic FNR shitstorm on weither it was valid or not. I was actually admin at the time, but I was too involved to do anything.

EDIT : Nevermind, I think this is pre-HBL admin era.

My first (and I thinK only) ban was way back.

I was acting CE, didnt really know that much, when an engineer comes screaming down the hall saying the mime is trying to murder him.
I flash the mime who was beating the engineer, and he starts loudly accusing the engineer of some shit.
I cuff him and drag him off to the brig, engineer following, and I ask why he's talking.
At the brig, either the engineer or HoP suggest that he's talking because he's a ling.
At this point in time I literally didn't realise mime's could ever talk.

So we did the only rational thing.
MASS DRIVED THE MIME

The whole time the CMO was following us, telling us all that's we're fucking retarded.

I think the three of us all got day bans for that. Honk.

So I spawned in as AI and shit was boring so I prayed for fun, and admins spawned Fun Waffles in my core. Upon hearing of this, the Captain had me open up my core and uploaded laws that there always had to be a party going on, and so we had a kickass core party. Everybody was having a good time, people were tripping balls off the waffles, somebody set up booze, it was a great time had by all.

Until...

BROBOT [145.9] states, "Jane-Luc Price has signed up as Head of Security."

Well, fuck. This can only end in tears. Somebody invites JLP to the core party, which was sanctioned by the Captain, at which point she sets her jaw, hitches up her LAW pants, gears up and runs into the upload raining hellfire and shitting fury. Captain tells her to chill the fuck out and get the sand out of her vagina, which she takes exception to. So she mutinies, arrests the Captain in the middle of the party, and somehow manages to escape without being murdered by the now-rioting mob in the upload and core. Even after she permas the Captain, I'm trying to keep the party going, as per my laws stating I and the station must always be partying, while JLP is all caps losing her fucking mind on comms at me. She keeps ordering me to lock down my upload and boot everybody out, I tell her to get bent because laws. Because she wasn't given hugs as a child and can't handle being told no, she barges back in, kicks out the few people remaining and lasers me to death because LAW.

So I'm kinda pissed in deadchat because what was a fun little event got completely blown to shit because of Judge Dredd. Apparently she executed the Captain too because he was giving her a bunch of shit, he's flipping out in deadchat too. Little babby trialmin HBL is the only one on at the time and gets the story and is discussing it with adminbus. It was such a shitshow that nobody could come to a consensus on what the fuck to do or who was in the wrong. Apparently it got so bad that they finally invoked the clusterfuck rule, which is the same rule that they use for rev rounds, and refused to take any action.

And that is a story of when JLP ruined everything.

JLP, AKa Jean-Luc Price, was a notorious HoS who enforced space law maliciously, with the intent of brigging people for as long as humanly possible.

To show you what I mean by "maliciously", here's an example.

Say you are a a filthy graytiding assistant, so you reroute disposals to the HoP office, dive into dispsals, pop out while the HOP is staring at his computer screen,grab Ian, and GTFO. You are caught 2 minutes later by security because in this example, you are a moron.

For a typical security officer, theft of Ian might carry a 4-6 minute sentence for Theft.

If JLP is in charge, your sentence would look like this:
-Sabotage (Altering the disposal system). 5 minutes.
-Breaking and Entering of a Restricted Area (Illegally accessing the HOP's office via Disposals). 5 minutes.
-Major Trespass (Being in the HOP office without permission). 5 minutes.
-Theft (Ian). 5 minutes.
-Aiding & Abetting Breaking and Entering of a Restricted Area (Other people might end up in the HOP office via the altered disposals.) 5 minutes.
-Aiding & Abetting Major Trespass (After they end up in the HoP office they are there.) 5 minutes.

For a grand total of 30 minutes in the brig. Plus, anyone who jumped in disposals anticipating arrival in Cargo and wound up in the HoP office would get a 10-minute sentence.

Kimiza was admin for a while too, but ended up getting booted because of his awful attitude towards everybody. You can probably look over the forums and find the shitstorm of drama surrounding him, I think he ended up getting permad at some point too.
