click a drone shell as a ghost to enter one.

you can make them via R&D.

One of my favorite admin-pity-moves now for ghosts is just to spawn like 6-8 regular drone shells in the vacant office or electrical maint, somewhere out of the way, and just ring the metaphorical dinner bell. You're still a drone instead of a person now, but hey, you're not a floating ghost.
