hELP (I'm having connection problems)

OK, so.

I've been having massive problems connecting to /tg/ or any SS13 server. Byond doesn't seem to recognize the fact that I'm logged in, and I can't connect due of the fact that DS thinks I'm a guest.

I've tried everything, from turning off my firewall to uninstalling and reinstalling byond.
What the fuck should I do?
