Looking for a picture from the old forums

Does anyone know where I can find this picture from a ban appeal from the old forums that errorage hosted? if I remember correctly, some guy was appealing a ban and photoshopped his ban reason or something into one of those old 90's VHS cover sleeves for a cheesy B-movie. it had some insulated gloves on it and like a screwdriver (I think he got banned for screwdrivering the AI or something). I know it involved An0n3 and some other people, and I think the guy who was appealing made two of these VHS cover pictures. They were really well made and I remember them being really funny, but I seriously cannot find them cus I cant remember the name of the guy or any of the circumstances.
