The goal in space engineers survival is to maintain single digit fps just having your abode exist.

I will give it a go, if it's shit or doesn't play well for me I am sure I will use the steam credit at some point.

Main things space engineers has over this is complexity like rotors and pistons, pretty glass etc.

Said complexity brings quite modern systems to a crawl I really just want a bit of SE but lighter which this should achieve without being puddle like NMS.

I was riding around on my space motorcycle eating some space corndogs that grew out of the earth when I saw a big green penis crawling around so I pulled out my .50cal Space Deagle and shot it right in the bell-end which turned out to have a big yellow eyeball in it.

I found three ayy lmaos walking around on the beach with spears. I exercised my second amendment right and shot one right in the fucking skull but all three of them used cheap worldstarhiphop tactics and overwhelmed me.

Also a bitch ass triceratops randomly joined the fight for no reason too fuck that thing.

Current stable branch SE isn't really multiplayer stable.

However the development branch looks to be back to the good old days of not everyone is rubber on planets.

the game has an entire tutorial thingy if you press f1 all I did was put an o2 generator in water and then get promethium, then explore the planet to find ore deposits/kill golems made of ore native to omicron and made a base, then a ship, then a bigger ship.

Cool kids play hard mode, where there are about 1-3 deposits of every ore on a planet so you just kill the ore golems on omicron for ore. Or just ignore that part of the tutorial.

I am gonna spend next week learning this game. Then when that week is done, maybe sooner, I'll put a server up and anyone can come on it and fuck around and I'll teach it to anyone wanting to learn.

If people come on, great. If not, I'll just do the PvE content and shit like that on my own. If no one comes around in a month or two, I'll just take my blueprints and go to a public server or whatever.
