Build and Shoot/Ace of Spades-Minecraft With Guns Edge Hour

So yeah this is a video game where you shoot at each other in a blocky environment that you can change and build pillboxes and chest-high walls so you can reenact your favorite call of duty levels except you can also shoot cover to breaking apart. It's like many of the rather quick paced shooters where you die very fast but the maps and re-spawn times are short so you can jump back into the shooting within a few seconds. If yer confused about all this Build and Shoot/Ace of Spades thing basically Build and Shoot is running a prototype freeware version of Ace of Spades because some people decided that the released version of Ace of Spades with its many overhauls and changes were too different and bad so they made their own community with blackjack and hookers but they aren't allowed to call it Ace of Spades because of laws so they call it Build and Shoot.

I loved the fuck out of this game.
The second most angry I have ever been in my life was when I heard that the guy sold out to jagex, and I saw what they did to it.
Knowing that it will never get updates again fills me with true sorrow. RIP.

AoS is fucking amazing and it's surprisingly really good for how simple it is.
Jagex version is cocks.

Ace of Spades (Build and Shoot) was and is great and I loved playing it. Its a damn shame there are no more Australian servers on the B&S servers. Thought I might see if the New Zealand servers are populated.

My main gripe with B&S is how everyone seemed to want to play those shitty maps that was literally just a open field with nothing else in it and not the cool randomly generated maps.

theres a bunch of awesome maps with actual layouts, like towns and cities, i remember one with a castle and another one with a train
or that one map that's just a huge square block with a line cut down the middle and platforms on either side for the teams, that was fun
but the best map ever was the bridge
i fucking love the bridge map, its so good
