is there anything wrong with the administrative side of the game/community that you take issue with? what would you do to bring it more in line with what you want?

how much individual responsibility do you think an admin should be allowed in how they conduct themselves in their role? how strict of an adherence to your ideals would you expect from the admin team if you were in power?

what would you do with admins who disagree strongly with you and don't want to follow your instruction because they think their way is better?
