Character name: N/A
Ban type: Note
Ban length: N/A
Ban reason: n
Server you were playing on when banned: N/A
Round ID in which ban was placed: I don't know but it was placed 1 May 2021.
Your side of the story: Okay, to start, this is literally just admin abuse. I wasn't even connected to the server at this time. How am I supposed to defend myself against a note that I can't even see placed ? I know that I can't appeal a note that isn't unfairly harsh to me as a player or that is factually correct (full policy linked below for your viewing pleasure) but I'm going to do it anyway.

Note appeals:
Notes are remarks about players added to player's files in order to help keep track of player behavior, trends, as well as admin interactions with players. Notes have many uses and are not exclusively used to record rule breaking behavior, but we do recognize that their existence can seem like a black mark on the player.

For those reasons, notes can be appealed if they match one of the following two cases:

The note is factually or materially incorrect.

There must be a difference between how an admin who knew all the facts would view you vs how an admin who only had the note to go on would view you. If you were being a shit but the note didn't correctly detail exactly how you were being a shit, an appeal nitpicking this detail is unlikely to be granted.

Statements that are clearly pure opinion on the admins part can not be incorrect (because that is what the admin actually believes), but may be appealed under case 2 below.

Appealed bans are only factually incorrect if the conditions around ban itself was incorrect. Getting unbanned because you apologized or similar reasons is not grounds to have the auto-generated note about the ban removed. Likewise: getting unbanned because you broke the rules but the admin or a headmin later determined that a ban was "too much" is not grounds to remove the ban's note.

Notes appealed under this rule may be amended rather than removed.

Notes appealed under this rule will generally be more successful if appealing players offers suggested rewording that they feel properly accounts for nuances without minimizing what the note is trying to highlight. Understand that we have to balance keeping notes short and succinct with accurately reflecting the situation.

The note's contents or existence is unjustifiably harsh to the player's standing in the eyes of admins reading the notes.

Notes that contain admin opinions that unfairly paint the player in a bad light are one example.

Emphasis on the phrase "unfairly". If you're repeatedly a shitter and an admin calls you a shitter in a note just take the hint and improve on not being a shitter

I feel like this is a clear case of admin abuse and I am being bullied and discriminated against. It is very unfair to me to call me n without proof. Also if you think of it, the letter n also looks like the lower half of the crewmate from Among Us, which violates the current ban on randomly saying sus and other flavour of the month memes.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatg station 3 rules wrote:Bigotry is not allowed.
Intentionally seeking to demean others due to their actual or perceived race, sex, gender, orientation or the like is not tolerated. It is not our goal to create or enforce a list of banned words and instead our goal to eject the expression of bigotry from the community. Enforcement will be less PC based and more common sense based with that goal in mind.
This means rather than warning or banning for quoting a usage such as "Griff McNazi got banned for calling somebody a faggot" or even things like "nigga pls" and "what are you faggots playing" which are generally not statements made to be bigoted, we'll focus more on statements like "you talk like a [insert stereotype]" or "x is a [insert slur]".
Why you think you should be unbanned: I bring absolutely nothing of value to the community and am a negative to everyone who has to interact with me. You could argue that it's admin abuse to allow me to keep playing here. However, I steam a good ham and will bring a plate of them to the tgstation toolbox tournament for all of the guests. I promise not to put lexorin in them this time.
References of good conduct: INGRÉDIENTS : 4 PERS. 1,2 kg de bœuf 2 carottes 250 g de champignons 2 oignons 3 c.
Anything else we should know: If you have anything else you feel is relevant to your appeal, include it here. For example, if you have recently been banned from another server, or have had issues in other communities, it may be a preferable to be transparent and address that here, rather than them being brought up during the appeal process. If this section does not apply to you, feel free to remove it.
