Beating up the mime for talking

A few folks feel it should be bannable, I personally think the mime should be valid salad all the way to bank and back for breaking his sacred vow. But should players be punished for targeting the mime at all when he breaks his vows?

It’s well established that you can fuck with and beat up talking mimes, remove their tounges, that sort of thing as long as you don’t kill them
