Should we be more lenient with antags when it comes to banning for netspeak?
Banning someone halfway through their first time ever as an antag because they said "lol" is pretty lame. Would it be possible to delay netspeak bans to the end of the bannee's antag round (unless they commit another blatant netspeak offense in the mean time)?

For context, OP is referring to this R*ddit thread.
Admins should talk to players before banning them, that was the only thing that was wrong with the ban. I believe the admin was already talked to about this, but I'll be talking to them again.
Antagonists are otherwise not exempt from rule 3, they must follow it like everyone else. Waiting until roundend is a courtesy that admins may extend to antagonists who violate the rules, but it is not required.
