Ban reason and length: Metacomming with Sieghart512. I sincerely doubt that you knowing exactly when he died, and then, when his body was stolen, you knew exactly where it was even without a bloodtrail is a just a coincidence. Since you have no intention of telling the truth, and have resorted to admin shopping, say goodnight.

Your side of the story: I was talking with my partner and he was at the mining, when he stopped to answer my questions I thought that he was dead, and I maked my way to the cargo and talked with the QM about the case and he went to the mining and started to search for my partner. He taked a lot of time to find the body, and when he found the body, he returned to cargo and I took the body and went to medbay when a Chaplain has said that he could help me, I said ''No, thanks'' and he kidnapped the body and started to run to the maintenance at the side of the final shuttle. I started to run to the chapel and searched for the chaplain, I've not found him and I come back to the medbay to see if he was there and he wasn't, so I have stopped for a moment and started to think about when a detective has kidnapped me a few rounds ago, he bringed me to the same location of the Chaplain has bringed my partner and I started to run to this maintenance, when I've reached the location the Chaplain has hitted me three times and I have exploded and right this moment MrAlphonzo sends me an admin pm saying ''You took the bait.''
Why you think you should be unbanned: Because I have told him a lot of true informations and he has ignored the chat log and stucked in how I've found the dead body. I told him that I was thinking he was trying to incriminate me, at this moment I asked to talk with other admin because I was thinking he was trying to incriminate me and he just banned me. And he was lying about the my chat log with the QM, he said that I taked the body and bringed to medbay when I asked to the QM ''Can I go with you?'' and he replied me saying ''I'm just here''.

I found not a singular incident of you talking about a heist in pda, and in fact only found your PDA logs to be vehemently searching for the man.

Have you tried admitting you were metacomming instead of blatantly lying? That might be a good start if you legitimately want to play the game.

I've told to Alphonzo that I was with him, I've never tried to hide this, but I think he wasn't so much fair, I just asked to talk with you and he banned me.

Also you are watchlisted so everytime you login an admin will get a notification so if you two are acting fishy they will know long before you can do any damage.

I'm not sure I follow the process here.

1) Gets caught metacommunicating.
2) Appeals with the excuse that he shouldn't have been banned for metacommunicating (which he admits to doing) because they were just using that metacommunication to plan grief.
3) Gets unbanned because ?????

Did I miss a memo?

Edit: Notes also reveal that he was already spoken to and put on notice of the metacommunications policy by Feem.

I know we've all established he was metagaming now but just for future admin work It'd like to point out that kidnapping someone right in front of them is not really the best test to see if they will react or not. Wait till they split up in the future please.
