Upon trying to play today, I found that I had been banned, apparently I was tytynguyen (My account is Super_neji0) and that I was banned for metacommunication and random killing. I haven't played in a few months, and I'm a little unfamiliar with the ban appeal process. I believe this ban to be a database mistake, as I my account name is Super_neji0, not tytynguyen, I have never been banned by blessedheretic and so forth. I don't share my computer or network with anyone else. Thanks in advance for sorting this out quickly!

Your computer id as reported by byond is shared by 20 other ckeys.

So please give me information about your computer so we can sort out why.

How did you get this OS (came with the computer, bought it (from where), pirated it/downloaded it (from where if you remember)):

are you using a VM(virtual machine)?:

What version of byond are you running? (open the byond hub, click the gears menu icon, click on about byond)

my OS is Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1(build 7600) It came with my PC
I'm running Byond 504.1234
And I'm not using a VM.

I don't know what to do. The guy I banned left during an investigation and I made sure to apply a proper IP ban, and until that fellow appeals I can't really do much since I'd rather someone who confessed to meta comms and then logged off during PMs to simply be capable of logging on and doing stupid things like for no reason murders again.

I hope MSO can work with you to get back onto the servers, but since the ban on the person in question is still in question I can't lift it to speed things along. Sorry man.

Oh shit, this got lost in my mind from the things i was doing to fix issues with the server.

Anywho! I would suggest you try:

Uninstalling byond then re-installing it (there is even a newer version out).

Updating windows.

Asking for help on byond forums. (if you do this link me the thread and i can pm the first dev to reply with your computer id)

What is the model and brandname of the computer, i have some other steps you could try but i'll need that to know what would even be relevant.

This is mostly complicated by the fuck that we don't even know how computer id's are generated, and have to guess.
