Your side of the story:The prisoner was already in shuttle brig, I asked the sec what his crimes were and he said Murder and Being a Double Agent, seeing how the HoS and Captain were dead and this man committed 2 capital crimes I tossed him into space.

Why you think you should be unbanned: Seeing how I was Warden(next in charge) and this man need a execution.

We discussed this ingame, regardless of rank, you cannot just throw someone into space without a proper reason. What you had basically amounted to hearsay. Also, you were in transit to centcom, so spacing the poor fuck was completely unnecessary.

Also worth noting from a game point of view, execution isn't necessary to fail someones objectives. Any antag in the shuttle brig will auto fail.

SoS informed me in IRC that he will not be lifting the ban, and I am inclined to agree with him. You actions were too extreme for the situation. Besides, its only a 10 day ban, so you'll be free soon.
