I let my little brother on, he thought it looked fun. He hasn't really read most of the rules.

If it's a tempban, whatever I'll wait it out. I honestly think a jobban or tempban was far more appropriate, but I'm also new to this game so I don't know how severe something like that is (round was ending anyways).

If anything, just let me know if it's a tempban

That being said, "My (sibling,parent,aunt,cousin twice removed)" isn't a valid excuse for shitlery here. You're telling me your little brother hasn't read the rules, but knows how to make Chloral Hydrate and a host of other drugs, load them into a syringe gun and then fuck people with them on the shuttle? I'm not buyin' it.

Shoes on head + time stamp with your ckey and brother sent to either tsar or headmin. This is standard practice for it.

Completely understanding the want to ban, but in the future, It's a little overkill to permaban for something like this. Job ban is far more reasonable.

A big part of it is that he (assuming he did it) probably logged off before the admins could ask him about it. It's standard procedure to apply perma-bans for that to force people to come here to the forums so admins can get the full story and, if necessary, apply the proper punishment.

Konork is correct, if you disconnect during any form of questioning get ready to cup a permaban. It's just how it is and always has been.

I'm incredibly sorry for what I did, a friend of mine who also plays this game explained what I did wrong, can I get my ban lowered to a temp/jobban?

Unfortunately, what Tsaricide said earlier was correct. Assuming that you're telling the truth regarding your little brother, we can't allow someone under the age of 18 to be playing on the servers. That is also how it has always been and most likely will always be.

This, of course, is only one viewpoint. Tsaricide retains the right to make the final call on this.

Unfortunately there is no way to know for sure if you can keep your brother from playing on this server so as long as the age policy is enforced here I won't unban you.

Either way your prospects aren't looking good. For one, we cant allow your underage brother to play here, and two, you might (probably are) be lying about said brother.

If you had told the truth at the very start I would have unbanned you right away but instead you lied and are now threatening to ban evade which brings your chances of getting unbanned to 0.
