Your side of the story: Long story short, I detonated a bomb as a non-antag role outside of med bay.
Why you think you should be unbanned: While this is intended to be a permaban, I just hope for a little leniency as it has been about 6 months since i've been banned. This is my first ban from the server and quite frankly, I just feel like a permaban for detonating a bomb that (if memory serves) didn't even harm anyone besides a few cuts and scrapes is a little excessive. Thank you for your consideration.

It's routine to do this to people who log off before we can talk to them, to force the issue. It was never intended for you to treat this as a proper permaban, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Well it works the exact same as a permaban mechanically, a server ban that has no expiration date. But the trigger to get it removed is different. Most people seem like they get the idea.

Especially when we specifically write it into the ban reason.

Sorry, I just saw this, I've been kind of absent for awhile. You seem to know what you did was wrong, just never disconnect when an admin is talking with you.
