Your side of the story: I was walking along, in a discord with some guy. Then I got banned. while doing my xenobiology job.
Why you think you should be unbanned:
I think the ban was unfair, I did not get a warning or anything. And they assumed I was trying to grief,while I dont even know chemistry or toxins. I didnt mean anything wrong by being in a discord with the other person.If you unban me, I wont make the mistake again.

Please go reread our server rules. Main rule two clearly states:

Do not use information gained outside of in character means.
I.e.. metagaming. This especially refers to communication between players outside of the game via things like Skype, known as metacomms. Characters are otherwise allowed to know everything about ingame mechanics or antagonists, as well as keep persistent friendships or relationships with other characters when not for the purpose of unfair advantage by teaming up together for little IC reason.

I understand that you may not have intended to break this rule, but as you've clearly said in your OP, you've already admitted to being in a Discord which only reaffirms my belief that there was metagaming going on.

I'll consider unbanning you on the condition that you out the BYOND usernames of any other people that were using metacomms in your Discord.

Also, bronzefalls was the username. I was just being retarded and not reading properly. anyways, i am not really friends with anyone in the discord, and I wasn't using a mic. He also knows how to ban evade, but I am taking the time to make an appeal

I think you've done enough to comply, unless I find something outrageous on your notes I'll try to see this lifted when I get the chance soon. Please reread our rules, and as a rule of thumb, it's probably best to just not run both discord/skype/etc and SS13 at the same time.
