Your side of the story: It was a long time ago so don't know the reason why I went afk, but I have usually told an admin or the current HoP why I am going afk, so it was propably something important, due to which I had to leave quickly and didn't get back before the round ended.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I will try to at least write a PM to an admin if I have to go AFK at a moments notice, so it doesn't create problems for other players.
