It's not relevant for windows 10 since unlike the windows 7 piracy where you had 4 methods of piracy(loaders, kms emulation, bios modding and file mods), windows 10 only really has kms emulation which will not cause cids to magically match unlike older methods.

there were a few files left over on the desktop if that helps it had skype, torrents for windows 10, paint.net, and antivirus software called eset so i dont know i asked the guy if it was a clean install of windows 10 he said yes.. maybe he just deleted most of the file and the "cid" stayed?

just called the guy again asked him if the windows 10 are pirated he said it is, i find it funny because when he was selling me the laptop he said the window 10 was legitimate... well beggars cant be choosers, this laptop aint that good anyways.

yes it sounds unconvincing because the chance of that happening is just so low. i didnt expect this to happen, i just use the laptop for school work and talking to friends and family and this game

i went on empty servers to figure out how to play the game and then went straight to here

the internet provider i use is TELIA its a popular provider here

the ireland connections is when i first found the game, i bought this laptop a long time ago and had no problems with it until now with the ban thing.

i had some time off school so i left my part-time job and went to visit some friends since i had saved up some money.

im in college by the way and i did some work ahead of time so i can get time off to go to ireland

and yes i did buy the laptop in lithuania.

That is an extreme number of coincidences.

on the other hand if you were laimingass, one questions why would you appeal and not just evade again.

Hey, I can be useful here.
Do you have any receipt or record of the purchase to show that it occurred in between the dates of connection between the two accounts?

If you can prove that laptop was purchased inbetween the date of CID changes with something like a timestamped post or, even better, a timestamped receipt then you'd effectively prove that this laptop belonged to someone else before you connected on it.

Though I must admit, it's looking iffy here.

Edit: You can block out your name and everything of course. All we really need a date and just a verification that a transaction took place.

unfortunately i dont have a receipt, its like craiglist but a lithuanian version. i was looking to buy used laptops because they're cheaper. the batterys a bit dead since it only holds a charge for 1 hour on standby and the touchpad is broken. i just met the guy handed him the cash and he gave me the laptop and the charger.

I reckon if we search his logs and check he plays like a normal human bean we can probably just unban him and stick a note, after all, at worst all he does is something worthy enough to get banned again, which is hardly a huge mistake.

This is laimingass' ban reason: Permanently banned - Delaminated the supermatter as a nonantagonist AI. Never logged back in to talk to me. The investigate logs for this ban do need to be reviewed as I lost access to them post-round due to a bug as I rebooted assuming they'll be there, but most of the evidence points to them (They turned on the emitters and turned them on again right before delamination after a borg turned them off).

On the off chance that he is telling the truth, that is a lot of coincidences and thats pretty crazy.
