Ban reason and length:Banned from pAI, AI, Cyborg - Killed a nucular operative on the assumption it wasn't human. Not sure how one assumes this. Forever ban

Time ban was placed (including time zone): 03-Oct-2014 (not sure when ban was placed, went to be borged, brain would not fit)

Your side of the story: So i hear there where ops and i was a borg, went from engiborg to secborg, a faithless looking thing came into robotics, and they started chasing and killing him, he made creepy sounds like a faithless would, so i helped out in killing him cause i though he was not human. (i was asimov)

Why you think you should be unbanned: I did think that they where not human. I was wrong. I always follow my laws to the best of my power.

They didn't even remotely resemble Faithless. They were obviously humans... whose only resemblance to Faithless was cult robes and Cardborg helmets. Like, that was it.

Not only that but examination of something can often tell you if it's a simple mob or not. Is it listing their equipment? If it is they are definitely humanoid and thus protected unless specifically mentioned in the laws else where. I'll lift the ban, but I really hope we don't see you do something like this again.

Do not ASSUME. You must have solid evidence before acting in the future. This is especially true for silicons.
